Scope
This policy covers voluntary contributions made through links or QR payment instructions provided by this website. It does not replace payment-provider rules or mandatory legal rights. Sponsorship contracts, purchases or memberships on a provider’s platform can have separate terms; check them before paying. Nawab’s Kitchen does not operate an online shop or website checkout in this version.
Before paying
Please check the recipient, amount, currency, payment frequency, and any fees carefully. Do not authorise a payment you do not understand. A payment initiated through an external provider is handled by that provider or payment app; leaving this website cannot cancel it.
Requesting a refund review
If you believe a contribution was duplicated, sent in error, charged incorrectly, or was unauthorised, contact the payment provider and email us promptly with the subject ‘Donation refund request’. Include the payment date, amount, currency, provider, transaction reference, and reason. If necessary, attach a confirmation with card/account numbers, balances, and unrelated details hidden.
The team will review the request, check whether the recipient received the funds, and explain the available outcome and next steps. Eligibility depends on the facts, applicable law, the payment route, and relevant terms. Contributions are reviewed individually; refund approval and processing time cannot be guaranteed. Any statutory or provider dispute deadline still applies; do not wait for an email reply before protecting those rights.
Approved refunds and provider processing
Where supported and lawful, approved refunds are returned through the original payment route. Do not provide a new recipient or bank account through an unsolicited message claiming to arrange a refund. Processing time, exchange differences, and treatment of fees depend on the provider, bank, transaction, and applicable law. We cannot guarantee that every fee is recoverable. A pending payment or provider reversal must be checked with that provider.
Cancelling recurring payments
Cancel future support or membership renewals through the provider account or the payment app that holds the mandate, following its notice or billing deadline. This normally affects future charges, not refunds of earlier payments. If you cannot access the account, contact provider support and tell the team. Deleting a browser app or sending an enquiry does not itself cancel recurring billing.
Fraud, disputes, and failed payments
For suspected fraud or an unauthorised charge, contact your bank/payment provider immediately and use its dispute process. Do not share OTPs, PINs, passwords, or full card details with the team. If your account was debited but no confirmation is available, ask the provider to trace the transaction; repeated attempts can cause additional charges. A complaint to us does not restrict your right to use lawful provider, regulatory, or court remedies.
Contact and records
Use either email address below for refund or cancellation assistance. We use the information you provide to investigate and retain relevant correspondence where needed to resolve the matter or satisfy legal recordkeeping obligations. See the Privacy policy for related requests.
